The Olio dei Papi is produced in accordance with the production regulation. This determines the physical and chemical characteristics. We highlight that, they are much more restrictive and characterizing than the current legislation. Thanks to the provisions of the production regulations of Olio dei Papi, we are building a system that allows you to identify online the origin, the production area, the mill and, when possible, the name of the producer and his olive grove.
Awards and Prizes
